Nicole (Nikki) Spears is a northeast Ohio native that brings to The Robert Weiler Company over 17 years of administrative experience. She has worked bringing her varied experience from such industries as medical, oil and gas, and manufacturing. Nikki graduated from Stark State College of Technology with an Interactive Media & Web Design degree and has developed skills in project management, customer service, marketing, and operational support.

Prior to her arrival in 2022, Nikki had lived and worked in Savannah, GA over six years. She has quickly become an integral part of the Appraisal Division where she supports the team with client relations, public records research, scheduling, transcription, and tracks continuing education requirements. When Nikki is not working, she enjoys discovering what Columbus has to offer by way of its food and festivals and enjoys the Metro Parks with her dog.
