River & Rich in East Franklinton Seeks to Revitalize a Burgeoning Neighborhood Thursday, April 06, 2017

East Franklinton Creative Arts District is receiving a large-scale makeover, thanks to a mixed-use project dubbed, “River & Rich.” The project is being developed in partnership with The Robert Weiler Company, CASTO, Kelley Companies, Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, and Smoot Construction, all of whom celebrated the groundbreaking on April 3, 2017.

The project has proposed the creation of 230 residential units, which will include a mixture of garden apartments and townhouses. There will also be 25,000 square feet of retail space and a double-decker parking garage included in this nine-building development project.

The Robert Weiler Company Needs Your Help to End Cancer at Pelotonia Tuesday, August 02, 2016

From Friday, August 5, through Sunday, August 7, 2016, more than 7,000 bicyclists will embark on a one- to three-day journey through the greater Columbus region with one mission in mind: to end cancer. Now in its eighth year, Pelotonia is a self-described “experience” that combines cycling, entertainment, and volunteerism to fund cancer research. The Robert Weiler Company is proud to join in for their second year in a row.

The former Mary Kelley’s Restaurant in Dublin, located at 7148 Muirfield Drive, has been transformed into Shade on Muirfield. The nearly 7,000 sq. ft. restaurant is the fourth in the series of Shade sport-themed restaurant pubs in Central Ohio.

The Germain Amphitheater Now Weiler’s NP Ltd. Property Monday, January 07, 2013

Live Nation Inc. had tried to sell the Germain Amphitheater since the bands stopped playing more than four years ago. The 90-Acre concert venue near Polaris had been on the market since 2006 with an original asking price of $17 million.

Robert Weiler Co. Backs Columbus Commons Project Tuesday, August 28, 2012

A recent Columbus Business First article highlights a recent move to back a $50 million apartment complex along Columbus Commons in downtown Columbus. Bob Weiler and Don Kelley have signed on as majority equity partners in the 302-apartment project targeted for the west edge of the park, while Columbus-based Huntington National Bank has tentatively committed to a $35 million loan.
