Benton Benalcazar is a 30-year industry veteran in the Central Ohio commercial real estate market. Benton specializes in Office and Industrial Tenant Representation, Investment Sales of Multifamily, Retail, Office and Industrial properties, and Land Brokerage and Development. During his career, Benton has closed transactions valued over $1.2 billion and received the 2015 Costar Power Broker Awards for Investment Sales and Industrial Leasing.

Benton joined The Robert Weiler Company after serving five years as a senior managing director and Columbus Market Leader for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. Prior to that, he was a senior vice president with Equity, a full-service brokerage and developer specializing in healthcare and retail properties. In 2003, he founded Logos Realty Advisors, a commercial real estate investor and developer, after working for seven years with Adena Commercial, the current Colliers affiliate, which he co-founded in 1997 and where he was the top producer. Benton began his commercial real estate career in 1986 with CBRE.

Benton is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors and the Columbus Board of Realtors.

Benton earned his MBA from The Ohio State University and earned his CPA while at Price Waterhouse Coopers before beginning his real estate career. He is a member of The Ohio State University and Yale University alumni.
